Most "Cloud Campaign alternatives" lists are affiliate pages wearing a review's clothing. This one isn't a takedown — Cloud Campaign is genuinely good at what it's built for, and its own writing on pricing white-label software is worth reading. It's just priced for a certain size and shape of agency, and if you're a four-person shop with eight clients, you're probably not it.
I've bought, trialled and abandoned most of these tools while running an agency with 63+ brands. Here's what actually matters when you switch.
What does Cloud Campaign really cost a small agency?
From Cloud Campaign's pricing page as of August 2026:
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per month) | Brand workspaces |
|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancer | $49 | $41 | 1+, 7 social accounts per client |
| Team | $199 | $165 | 5+, unlimited social accounts |
| Agency | $299 | $249 | Everything in Team, advanced white-labeling |
Extra workspaces run $29–$49/month depending on tier, and all three plans include some level of white-labeling — Freelancer and Team get "standard", Agency gets "advanced". That structure is the crux: the moment you have more than a couple of brands, you're looking at the $199 tier, and there's no gentle middle step between $49 and $199.
For an Indian agency, translate that honestly. At roughly ₹95 to the dollar in early August 2026, $199/month is about ₹18,900 — before your card's 2–3.5% forex markup and before 18% IGST on imported services under reverse charge (claimable as input credit if you're GST registered, but still a cash-flow hit each month). Call it ₹20,000+/month landed. If your average retainer is ₹25,000, one tool just ate 80% of a client.
What should you actually compare a Cloud Campaign alternative on?
Feature-count comparisons are useless — every tool schedules posts. These four dimensions are what you'll feel in month three:
- Cost per brand workspace, not per plan. Some tools price per workspace (Planable's published plans are per workspace per month), some bundle N brands into a plan and charge for overage. Take your real client count, add the two you'll sign this quarter, and price that — not the entry tier.
- What "white-label" includes. This word covers at least three different products: branded PDF reports, a branded client dashboard on your subdomain, and branded notification emails from your domain. Tools advertise "white-label" for the cheapest of the three. Find out which one you're buying before you buy.
- Whether approvals are a real workflow or a comment box. Can a post be blocked from publishing until the client approves it? Does the client need a login? Can they approve from a phone in ten seconds? That's the difference between a tool that ends the WhatsApp approval thread and one that adds a second place to check.
- Whether money lives in the same tool. Scheduling is maybe 40% of running an agency. Invoices, GST, payment follow-ups and monthly reports are the rest. Most schedulers don't touch that, so the "one tool" saving is smaller than it looks — which is the line between a scheduler and full agency management software.
Five alternatives worth a trial
Prices below are the vendors' published rates in August 2026 — check the linked pages before deciding, because they move.
1. SocialPilot — the safe mainstream swap
Four tiers, with agency features like client approval workflows and white-label reporting concentrated in the upper plans; published annual pricing runs roughly $25.50 to $170/month, with white-label reporting starting at the Premium tier. It's the least surprising choice on this list — broad platform support, decent bulk scheduling, priced below Cloud Campaign's Team tier. I've written a longer piece on where SocialPilot itself starts to hurt Indian agencies.
2. Planable — if approvals are your real problem
Planable's published plans are $33/workspace/month (Basic) and $49/workspace/month (Pro), with analytics as a $12 add-on. Its approval experience is the best-designed of the mainstream tools — genuinely multi-level, genuinely readable by a non-marketer client. The catch is the per-workspace model: at eight clients, per-workspace pricing stops being a bargain, and full white-label sits on the custom tier.
3. Sendible — reporting-heavy, single-operator friendly
Sendible's entry Creator plan lists at $29/month ($25 billed annually) for one user and six social profiles, with a 14-day no-card trial. If you're a freelancer or a two-person team whose clients care mostly about the monthly report, it's a reasonable landing spot. Multi-user agency tiers cost considerably more.
4. SocialBee — cheapest credible scheduler if you skip white-label
Repeatedly picked in 2026 alternative roundups as the value option for agencies that don't need white-labeling. Strong content categorisation and evergreen recycling; weaker as a client-facing surface. Fine if your clients approve over email and you're optimising for cost per scheduled post.
5. My Digital Sevak — if the problem is that scheduling was never the whole problem
Being upfront: this is our product. It exists because after buying three of the tools above, my agency still ran invoices in Excel, reports in Canva and approvals on WhatsApp. So it bundles the Instagram scheduler with client approvals, a branded client app, monthly reports, and GST invoicing with live Razorpay payments — priced flat in rupees for the whole team at ₹999 (Starter), ₹1,999 (Growth) and ₹4,999 (Agency) per month, with a 7-day trial. If you only need scheduling, one of the four above will serve you fine and I'd rather you pick it than churn off us in month two.
Which one should you pick?
- You're a solo freelancer with 1–3 clients: Cloud Campaign's own Freelancer tier at $49, or Sendible's Creator plan, is likely cheaper than switching. Don't buy an agency tool for agency problems you don't have yet.
- Your clients argue about captions more than timing: Planable. The approval experience is worth the per-workspace price at small client counts.
- You need branded reports for 10+ clients and nothing fancier: SocialPilot's Premium tier.
- You're cost-cutting and clients never log in anywhere: SocialBee.
- You're an Indian agency where the pain is invoices, GST and month-end reports as much as posting: a rupee-priced all-in-one — ours, or any local tool that covers billing — will beat stacking two dollar-priced subscriptions.
The switching cost nobody quotes you
Whatever you pick, budget for the migration honestly. Reconnecting accounts means re-doing partner access for every client through Meta Business Suite — four minutes each if the client responds, four days each if they don't. Scheduled posts do not migrate between tools; you'll re-enter the current month by hand. And any historical analytics inside the old tool generally stays there, so pull your last 12 months of reports as PDFs before you cancel.
Practical sequencing that worked for us: run both tools for one billing cycle, migrate clients in batches of three starting with your most responsive ones, and only cancel the old subscription after a full month has published cleanly from the new one. The overlap month costs you one subscription; a botched cutover costs you a client. If you're comparing on rupee cost specifically, the ₹999 vs $99 breakdown runs the same math against Hootsuite, and agencies in markets like Indore tend to find the currency gap decides it before the feature list does.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Cloud Campaign cost?
Cloud Campaign's published pricing is $49/month for Freelancer, $199/month for Team and $299/month for Agency, with roughly two months free on annual billing ($41, $165 and $249 respectively). Additional brand workspaces cost $29–$49/month depending on tier. All tiers include some level of white-labeling.
What is the cheapest white-label social media tool for agencies?
It depends what you mean by white-label. Branded reports are cheapest — SocialPilot includes them from its Premium tier. A fully branded client-facing app or portal usually sits on a higher tier. Compare the cost of the specific white-label feature you need, not the entry price of the plan.
Do Indian agencies pay extra on dollar-priced tools?
Yes, in three ways: the exchange rate, typically 2–3.5% in card forex markup, and 18% IGST on imported services under reverse charge — claimable as input credit if you're GST registered. A $199/month plan lands meaningfully above a straight rupee conversion by the time it hits your books.
